Terms & Conditions

Management will advise where four wheeler can be ridden. No loud music will be tolerated. No noise after 22H00. No large dogs allowed and small dogs must be kept on a leash. Please ensure that the dogs do not disturb others. Allow for space between flags between stands. Please do not move the flags. Van Niekerk's Rus has privately owned property on either side of it. Please ensure that you do not pass the boundary fence of the resort.

No small children are allowed at the pool unattended. No boats / Jetski's will be allowed in without the proper certification and skippers licence. Van Niekerk's Rus will not held responsible for the damage or loss of property brought onto the premises. Van Niekerk's Rus will not be held responsible for the injury or death of any persons due to any cause while on the premises.
